(“we” or “us”) collects, processes, uses and discloses personal information, including information about visitors to the Pinc. collectif Inc. website (the “Website”). 3.   Other information collected

We collect and process certain personal information about our customer’s employees on behalf of our customers as part of the mandate given to us for their benefit plans (group insurance, pension plans, complementary products, etc.). This information is used for the sole purpose of providing our services for the benefit of our client.

As part of the contract binding Pinc. collectif Inc. as exclusive agent of EntreChefs PME for its members’ employee benefits, we may obtain or have access to personal information from EntreChefs PME customers.

4.   How do we use your personal information?

We use personal information collected through the Website for the purposes described below.

4.1.  Communication with you

We use the personal information you provide (for example, your name and e-mail address) to communicate with you and to send you communications about our company, services and products, but only if you agree to receive commercial communications from us. We comply with all applicable regulations concerning unsolicited e-mail. Some data is processed by our service providers using facilities that may be located in jurisdictions other than Quebec. We ensure that when third parties process extraterritorial personal information, it is adequately protected.

6.   How is your information protected?

Your personal information is hosted on servers operated by our service providers and is protected by security safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information against unauthorized intrusion.

Our employees and suppliers are informed of the confidential nature of the personal information collected through the Website and are made aware of the appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access to personal information.

7.   To whom is your information disclosed?

In the event that a business transaction involving our company is considered, we may transmit personal information collected to the persons or organizations involved before and after the transaction, whether or not the transaction is completed. In such a case, these persons or organizations undertake to maintain the confidentiality of the personal information collected and to use it exclusively for the purpose of evaluating the feasibility or advisability of the transaction and in accordance with this policy.

8.   What are your rights regarding your personal information?

8.1.  Accessing your information

Upon written request, we will provide you with additional information about the processing of your personal information as required by applicable law, including the categories of persons who have access to your information and the length of time your information will be retained, to the extent that such information is not already set forth in this policy.

We will respond to your request promptly (within 30 days of receipt).

8.2.  Consent withdrawal

Your browser allows you to withdraw your consent to certain processing of your personal information, by preventing the storage of browser cookies.

If you wish to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal information beyond what is permitted by the Website or your browser, please notify us in writing at vieprivee@pinccollectif.ca. It is not possible to prevent the processing of your personal information and continue to use the Website and the Service. The only way to stop the processing of your personal information is to stop using the Website and the Service.

In certain circumstances, you may request the deletion of personal information we hold about you where its collection was unauthorized or where the purpose for which it was collected has been fulfilled.
