We collect and process certain personal information about our customer’s employees on behalf of our customers as part of the mandate given to us for their benefit plans (group insurance, pension plans, complementary products, etc.). This information is used for the sole purpose of providing our services for the benefit of our client.
As part of the contract binding Pinc. collectif Inc. as exclusive agent of EntreChefs PME for its members’ employee benefits, we may obtain or have access to personal information from EntreChefs PME customers.

6. How is your information protected?
Your personal information is hosted on servers operated by our service providers and is protected by security safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information against unauthorized intrusion.
Our employees and suppliers are informed of the confidential nature of the personal information collected through the Website and are made aware of the appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access to personal information.

8.1. Accessing your information

It is not possible to prevent the processing of your personal information and continue to use the Website and the Service. In certain circumstances, you may request the deletion of personal information we hold about you where its collection was unauthorized or where the purpose for which it was collected has been fulfilled.
